Unfortunately we do not offer returns due to the nature of our products. If you have any problems with your order, please contact us on sales.sweetshoponline@gmail.com and we will endeavour to assist you in the best way we can.

FAQ's

Allergies: All our products may contain nuts. Where dietary products are available we will ensure that there is no contact is made with any other product. Please contact us should you have any questions relating to dietary products including gluten free, vegan, vegetarian and dairy free.

 

Pick & Mix: 

 

• Pick & Mix orders will be mixed together and packaged into one of our Sweet Boxes.

• If you'd like more than one Pick & Mix box, you will have to either:

 

1) Place a separate order.

OR 

2) Specify in the 'notes' box at checkout which sweets will go together.
